Shipping Policy

At HEMAR, we are committed to providing you with a seamless shopping experience, including reliable shipping services. Please review our shipping policy below:

1. Shipping Timeframe: Orders typically ship within 2-4 weeks from the date of purchase. This timeframe may vary based on the customization options chosen by customers and the availability of stocks. Rest assured, we strive to fulfill orders promptly while maintaining the highest standards of quality.

2. Possible Delays: While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, please note that unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, customs clearance, or other logistical challenges may cause occasional delays in transit. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.

3. Lost Packages: In the rare event that a package is lost during transit, we will collaborate closely with the delivery service to resolve the issue promptly. If you believe your package may be lost, please contact our customer support team at support@hemar.io, and we will assist you in tracking and resolving the matter as quickly as possible.

4. Shipping Time Not Guaranteed: Please be aware that while we provide estimated shipping times, they are not guaranteed. External factors beyond our control may affect delivery times, and we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date. Your understanding and patience are greatly appreciated.

5. International Shipping: For international orders, please note that additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information on potential fees associated with your order.
